A Couple Signs of Spring

I have taken quite a few photos in the past month, so this post is going to have a lot!! But, as someone pointed out, I don't have that many on here. So posting lots should fix that. x)

I'm so excited for Spring. Despite the fact that it was 'officially' Spring on March 20th, we are just now getting signs that it is coming - or is here. When I think of Spring I don't think of March 20th through June 21st. I think of the time when flowers bloom, the grass perks up and grows like crazy, when the apple trees blossom - a promise of what will be, when the birds start waking you up with their songs. That, is spring. In some of these pictures I have captured flower blossoms, apple blossoms, and even a flock of birds. =) But that's just a taste... enjoy the pictures.

The Sun was setting, but I couldn't see it from where I was. However, the clouds reflecting it were really cool!

Capturing Time

   I am creating this blog for the purpose of sharing with you my photography. Or perhaps attempts at photography. Instead of using my other blog, Into the Western Wild, for sharing my photos I will use this one. A word blog, and a photo blog. =) There won't be much to read on here, just some of my breezy thoughts that come and go during my Photoshoots. Or that I think of in the quiet corners of my mind.
  Ah, you're wondering the meaning of the blog title? I will tell you. One of the definitions of the word Whisp (there are a couple) is: A thin or faint streak or fragment, as of smoke or clouds. A fleeting trace or indication. So in other words, my pictures are a fragment of time. Just a wisp, a taste, a fleeting glance.
   My posts should be full of pictures, but this one I will just share a few... (If you come from my other blog, you probably have seen some of these)
